Online Meditation Classes

If you lead a busy life that is prone to stress and anxiety, the practice of meditation can be greatly beneficial in making the mind one-pointed and bringing it to restful, calm and joyous state.

 
This class is a systematic process of meditation in bringing the body, breath and mind to stillness and silence as taught in the Himalayan Yoga Tradition.
 
The 45-minute session begins with 10 minutes of yoga stretches to prepare the body, followed by shavasana relaxation, breath awareness and 25 minutes meditation with mantra.
 

Suited for complete beginners of any age and those who wish to have a regular meditation practice.
