Namita Sinha

The path and practices of yoga hold the potential to transform our body and mind. Through yoga one learns to work on the self with the body, breath and mind; and finds that the power to transform lies right within the self.

Namita shares the learnings that have come through her experiments with principles of yoga in all areas of life.

The teachings she received through the Himalayan Yoga Tradition of Swami Rama and her spiritual guide Swami Veda Bharati have inspired her on the path of yoga.

 

She remains a student of yoga for life.

Sharing Yoga Experience

Teaching hatha yoga practices in group classes, private lessons and workshops since 2011.

As a young mother, was inspired to teach yoga to children that led her to develop children’s yoga program Yogi Kids. She has taught yoga to children in schools, groups classes and organised family yoga retreats.

An international children’s yoga teacher trainer, she has taught at teacher training program at Santhi Yoga, Kerala and workshops in Spain.

A student of yoga

Trained in the Himalayan Yoga Tradition and pursuing 600 hours in yoga teacher training. A unique program of self-transformation through practical and experiential approach to learning of yoga as way of life.

Also received training in Sivananda Yoga and awarded “Yoga Shiromani” and “Yoga Bhaskar” in 2015 and 2018 respectively.

A student of Ayurvedic Healing with Dr David Frawley, with intention of bringing holistic understanding of our being; and healing through complementary sciences of Yoga and Ayurveda.
